Daydreaming

Why hello there. How are you all? I'm feeling fresh to death with my new hair colour, eeep! I swear to Jesus my pastel chalks are one of my favourite thangs in the whole universe. Buuuut the downside is that you wake up in the morning with it all over your face, pillow, and favourite tee, haha! Eh, at least that's fixable. Anyways, Hayley Williams' new hair was my inspiration. I've been fangirling over it for quite some time :3

Here's a little outfit I put together for a night out rollerskating with my buds. I guess Hayley Williams was an inspiration for my outfit as well as for my hair, hehe :3 But as much as I love her and her bitchin' style, I'm glad I didn't go full Hayley Williams and instead added my very own twist on thus outfit.

This jacket is just the business! I think it adds to the Hayley Williams concept quite well don't you think?

Here are some close ups of my makeup, which I am pretty proud of by the way! I decided to shape my eyebrows differently this time, but then decided I liked my sharp, dangerous ones better and wore them like that for rollerskating. It wasn't until I changed the shape of my brows that I realized how important they really are, and that the way they're shaped really does change your face shape. I find it very interesting, hehe.

What I wore:
- Cat earrings: Gift.
- Eye necklace: Handmade.
- Leather jacket: Dangerfield.
- Tartan dress: Thrifted.
- Leather gloves: Gift.
- Virgin Mary socks: Dangerfield.
- Platforms: Mum's wardrobe clean-out.

Here's a little mood board of Hayley to end thus post. Thanks gurl for being so rad and inspiring mwah! <3

Overall, these are made from curtains.

Woohoo! School is over! Exams are over! Waking up early is over! Studying every single day until I feel as if my brain is about to explode is over! I am finally free! Well, for two weeks. I've got so many thangs I just can't wait to do. Like having Adventure Time marathons, sewing noice garments, chalking my hair into prrrty colours. I'm also excited about posting about things that I've been wanting to for many weeks! Lets begin this blog posting frenzy, with some overalls I made about a month ago :3

Take a guess, what do you think they're made from? They're made from curtains, thrifted curtains that is! Yeah, my rad Mum bought them from our trusty op-shop, and after that I just had idea's flowing in and out of my brain! At first I thought they would make a good jacket, like Tavi's "Laugh In" one. But then I thought overalls and I stuck with that! I'm so proud of myself because I feel as if they're pretty well made compared to some other thingys I've made, haha!

I've been wearing them soooo much lately! They are just so comfortable, colourful, and just ugh! A down side is that when I wear them with a jacket or jumper, I feel like they look like pajama bottoms, eww! So I try to wear them without one. Other than that, I feel super fab in them! I'm also feeling fresh with my freshly trimmed and dyed hair as well. Yay!

What I wore:
- Cat bowler hat: Dangerfield.
- White singlet: Probably Target.
- Overalls: Handmade by the extra talented meeee! Lol :3
- Platforms: Mum's wardrobe cleanout.

Post again later my kitties :3

A little sumthin' sumthin'.

Hello my kitties! Damn, I've got so many outfits I wanna show you guys, along with a new garment I made aaaaaages ago. But first I'll show you a little sumthin' sumthin' I put together a few days ago.

I just love this dress so much! I love the shape, the pattern, the colours, the collar. It's just, ugh! LOVE IT! I found it at the markets for $5!!!!! I know right? CA. RAY. ZAY! Another reason I forced my dad to buy me this dress is because I've seen Arabelle wear a dress very similar (AND LOOKED TOTALLY RAD!), and Rookie used a dress similar for this amazing "Secret Style Icon: Weetzie Bat" post. Now can you see why I just couldn't resist?

This cardigan is another thing I'm quite in love with. Another terrific op-shop find I have to say, hehe :)

Make up is just great. I'm so in love with my black Lime Crime lippy, especially with this outfit! And I feel as if the orange eye shadow worked well because of the orange in my dress :)
I also believe my eyebrow game is going quite strong, don't you think? Yep, I'm still getting up earlier in the mornings to work on them, totally worth it though!

What I wore:
- Cardigan: Thrifted.
- Dress: Market thrifted.
- Lydia Deetz necklace: Handmade.
- Virgin Mary socks: Dangerfield.
- Platforms: Mum's wardrobe clean-out.

Stylish Babes - Part One.

FINALLY! My stylish babes post has arrived! I've been drawing a bit too much actually. I've been drawing in my Art Journal, in My little book of awesomeness, AND at school for assignments too. UGH! I think I might take a break from drawing for a while, haha.
Anyways, there are so many stylish gals out there in this world, who inspire me so! SO, I've decided to draw them in honor of being totally rad! As you can see in the title of this post, this is only part one, so there are many more of these posts to come. But for now, lets enjoy what I've drawn so far. Prepare to be amazed! Haha lol.

First is the lovely Jenny Mustard, who owns one of the coolest shops called Mind The Mustard. I believe I've mentioned her on my blog before, but I don't think I mentioned how I wish I owned every single item they have EVER sold! She also re-posted this drawing on her Mind The Mustard Instagram and Facebook! Eeeep! Well, not this exact picture, I re-photographed my first three drawings after I posted them on Instagram taken terribly! I was so mad that I made sure that the next six were taken fabulously to make up for the awful work I did. They ended up turning out as fab as I wanted them to be, and just so Jenny and the next two girls I'm about to show you felt blah about the pics, I re-took them! Yay! \^.^/

Here is Chloe Mackey with her freakishly awesome green hair and brows!

Here is the most colourful peep on Instagram, Amelia Vivash.

Here is the gluing-pom-poms-onto-shoes queen, Agatha Franking.

Here is the gal you go to if you need a lipstick in literally ANY colour, Doe Deere.

"Hey Girl, look at my drawing of Mel, she's got it goin' on. HA! Damn I'm pretty funny."
Haha, man I'm a douche. Anyways, next is Melanie Martinez.

Here's Casper Blaise. Oh, how I wish is owned a Spongebob trinket to add to this photo, haha. Oh, and speaking of Spongebob, I NEEEEEED HER SPONGEBOB SHIRT RIGHT NOW! AAHHHH!

Here's another gal who totally aces green hair. Her Instagram name is @femmeasfuck and she owns a wicked shop called Hard Femme Vintage!

And to finish this post off, The No Frills Twins! I mean, how could I not? Hehe :)

WAIT! I lied. That didn't end the post. Other than these stylish babes, I drew this girl on Instagram after she requested I did. She totally loves it! Yay! I was just so smitten over her overalls and bear tights, eeep!

I also drew Shrinkle with pastel chalks in my art class! I think it's the first time I haven't used pastel chalks in my hair, haha. I'm also super ecstatic that Shrinkle actually checked it out on Instagram and said she thought it was cute! EEEEEEEP! /O.O\

I'm so happy that most of the people I drew here loved their pics! EVEN DOE DEERE SENT ME A LITTLE THUMBS UP EMOTICON! AAHHHHH! FANGIRL OVERLOAD! WOOOOAAAAH!
